Meet Our Attorneys
Patrick Russell-Walsh is admitted in New York and Connecticut. He is the principal attorney with the firm and works with buyers, sellers, coop boards and lenders regarding real estate transactions. Mr. Russell-Walsh was formerly a partner in Clinton & Walsh-Vernetti PLLC and has served as board president on his coop board. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Russell-Walsh worked for two title agencies in New York City, with a particular focus on Cooperative Apartment purchases and 1031 Exchanges. He has worked on over 1,000 real estate transactions in New York and Connecticut.
Mr. Russell-Walsh graduated from Vassar College in 2002 and received his J.D. in 2010 from New York Law School. He married Grant Russell in 2016 and changed his last name from Walsh-Vernetti to Russell-Walsh.
Daniel Levine, Associate Attorney
Daniel Levine exclusively focuses his legal practice on residential real estate law, representing purchasers, sellers, and lenders throughout the greater New York area. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levine worked in small and mid-size law firms litigating foreclosures and landlord-tenant cases. Mr. Levine’s legal background also includes governmental real estate, having spent several years as in-house counsel at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Mr. Levine received his J.D. in 2006 from Hofstra University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in New York State.
